Digital Construction Sales Specialist

What's the role?

The Digital Construction Consultant will assist in growing and supporting Hilti Tool Services and Software, with a specific focus on our range of layout and robotics solutions within the measuring business unit. Through local, regional, and global partners, this role will perform in depth demonstrations, analysis, and training to our top customers throughout a range of industry trades. Locally, the DCC will work closely with our AM, RM, and SD to ensure the highest level of service is given to our customers.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to assist in growing and supporting organisations utilising robotics, software, and services with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti. The role involves performing in-depth demonstrations, analysis, and training to our top customers throughout a range of industry trades. The job holder needs to attain and maintain knowledge of assigned product portfolio and related services; as an example, they should be look to highly competent in the construction layout within 90 days and demonstrate a high level of learning agility for onwards development.

What you need is:

  • Degree in civil engineering or any related field
  • Demonstrable technical sales experience; preferred within the construction industry
  • High driven and self-motivated
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills, required.
  • Ability to work in and influence in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills

Who should apply?
