We are looking for a people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will own the full recruitment cycle, execute integrated recruitment strategy and build a strong employer brand. Talent Acquisition Strategy - Internal and external
Recruitment planning and managing efficient hiring process
Outperformer (Hilti Global Management Trainee) Hiring (Planning and Assessment Center)
Managing recruitment contracts and vendors
Build a robust talent pipeline through engagement with targeted universities, companies, interest and network groups
Manage AM (Account Manager) monthly recruitment day to ensure zero open territory
Support in sourcing for senior strategic and confidential hiring
Reporting on hiring and KPIs
Tracking recruitment funneling and efficiency
Internship hiring and internship engagement
University hiring plan and support campus engagement activities
Employer branding initiatives and roll out of regional and global campaigns
Responsible for prepare new employee onboarding and enroll employee to different company training programs

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, related major or specialized qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in Singapore market
- Significant in-house recruitment experience and the ability to manage high volume of hiring
- Adept at navigating, maintaining and reporting through Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong relationship and consultative skills - working with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners with ability to influence, inform and negotiate.
- Able to consolidate data and communicate analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office for data analytics and reporting
- A keen learner who seeks opportunities to develop skills and knowledge
- Able to work independently in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Familiar with Singapore labor laws
