What's the role?

We’re looking for a Market Reach Specialist (Territory Planning, Data Quality and Sensing) to join our Singapore Marketing team. This is no ordinary Marketing team. What does the role involve?

You will be supporting the Singapore Marketing Organization (MO) understand the needs of the market, identify potential for investments and to set the sales structure for success. You will be supported by a hub team and you will set the right structure by establishing the best-practice execution processes, monitoring territory performances and identifying growth areas.

This role involves operational work and strategic initiatives. We look for someone with excellent analytical skills, an in-depth understanding of data quality and fact base related processes. You will be the main point of contact between Hilti Singapore Organization and the hub team within your scope of work.

What you need is:

  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or engineering related
  • Meticulous and able to use quantitative analysis tools (advanced Excel, VBA preferred)
  • Data Quality related experience is an advantage
  • Able to think “big picture” and spot underlying trends/patterns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
