Human Resource Business Partner

We are looking for a people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive and deliver effective HR strategies to support the achievement of business results through engaging people and building a competent team for growth and future leadership pipeline.

What does the role involve?
As the HR Business Partner, you will provide support on the design, development and deployment of HR initiatives in support of the country office (Singapore) HR strategy for the Sales function. These include partnership with the management and line managers on People Selection, Team Management, Training, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement.
A key focus of the role will also be to partner the business in sourcing and selecting the right talent to bring into the organization, foster strong relations with campus to develop a pipeline of talent for the future and build an employer brand that will enable the business to effectively attract quality talent for the right roles.

What you need is:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience as a HR professional in a commercially driven organization
- Prior experience in talent acquisition and/or campus relations will be advantageous
- Strategic mind-set with the ability to partner key stakeholders in the business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team playing skills while willing and able to take lead when necessary
