What's the role?

We are looking for a people-oriented HR Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will perform a wide variety of C&B and Payroll functions. Our people come from different walks of life with a shared dedication to high performance and consistent results.

What does the role involve?

Compensation & Benefit

Manage annual increment, variable bonus and promotion exercises
Mid-year and year-end performance appraisal exercise
Generate quarterly compensation report
Benefit vendor management and optimization
Manage WICA project
Work closely with regional C&B team, participate in salary and benefits survey to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness
HRIS Administrator for Workday and SAP
Payroll

Responsible for end-to-end payroll
Subject matter expert for payroll processes for Singapore (140 headcount)
Oversee and prepare new hire, internal transfer, resignation payroll computation for all employees
Coordinate and submit CPF contributions, IR8A and IR21
Collaborate with HR, Finance and Accounting and other teams to handle any payroll related reporting and enquiries
HR Service

Manage end-to-end employee life cycle events and processes including but not limited to on-boarding, transfers, relocation and off-boarding
Work with external agent on work pass applications of new and existing employees
Workplace Health and Safety

Responsible for renewal of BizSafe Certification
Responsible for safety measures at the workplace
HR Project

Workday Implementation project (Absence Module and Advance Compensation Module)
Lead and support compensation and benefit projects

What you need is:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in C&B and Payroll in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge and experience with Workday, SAP and Unit4
  • Solid background in local employment laws, policies and practices and to be constantly updated with any changes in protocol as appropriate
  • Technically savvy and capable of generating reports to meet the requirements in a timely fashion
  • Strong attention to detail, pro-active and effective administration skills and operational problem-solving competency
  • Be responsible, trustworthy and exercise absolute confidentiality and integrity at all times
  • Excellent team player
