Customer Technical Support (Contract)
What's the role?
We’re looking for a Customer Technical Support (contract till end 2019) to join our Tool Service Centre team. Our people come from all different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance, consistent results and exceptional customer service.

What does the role involve?
As Customer Technical Support, you’ll provide excellent customer service as part of our Tool Service Centre team. This includes handling enquiries from customers via the phone, processing quotations in a timely manner, following up on outstanding repair quotations, providing technical and product advice, receiving repair tools for servicing and repair etc. This role is highly impactful for maximizing our customer satisfaction and will be part of a dynamic team.

What you need is:
- Diploma or above in Business or related discipline. Relevant work experiences will also be considered
- Applicants with previous work experience in customer service will have an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Self-motivated and highly energetic
- Team-oriented with courage, commitment and flexibility
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in SAP
