What does the role involve?
As a Team Lead, you'll lead a team of 5 while owning the Credit and Collection process for the company and, controls and compliance topics in Credit and Collection. You will collaborate with shared services for accurate recording of collections and receivables in books to drive country office’s capital efficiency through reducing and management of the company’s net working capital and minimize financial risk exposure with strong customer onboarding and structured debt recovery process. You will be responsible to ensure efficient and compliant credit process with data quality maintenance and process harmonization. You will support management in performance steering and stakeholder management with monthly report, dashboard and discussion with internal stakeholders. While leading digital and process improvement initiatives to constantly improve operational excellence, efficiency and customer satisfaction you'll drive customer engagement through differentiated and best-in-class credit service.

What you need is:
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business or other relevant qualifications. Masters degree preferred
- Possess at least 6-8 years of relevant work experience and 2-5 years of team management experience
- Experience in managing business at least of $40-80 million
- Knowledge of risk management, collection tools or debt recovery preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and lead a team
- Ability to collaborate/partner with business to ensure win-win solutions for the company
- Advanced Experience in SAP, Business Warehouse and intermediate excel skills preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in projects
- Demonstrated ability to establish metrics, coach and mentor junior employees
