Administrative & Procurement Coordinator
What's the role?
This is a new role to support our growing Region Head Office based in Singapore. We are looking for an Administrative & Procurement Coordinator with a passion for internal customer service and an aptitude for procurement and finding creative solutions to improve processes.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to streamline efficiencies and automate as much of the role as possible to eventually become a part-time position. After which, we are open for this person to continue in a permanent part-time capacity or take up a more senior full-time position in our Finance team. What does the role involve?
Day-to-day central purchase activities whilst looking for creative solutions and opportunities to streamline and digitalise
Local supplier relationship management including sourcing/tendering and annual suppliers review
Partner with and help educate internal stakeholders with passion and an understanding of the business
Contracts review / Ariba contract maintenance
Point of contact for external visitors and provide Visa invitation letters for employees visiting Singapore for business meetings
Oversee office equipment, fixed assets, pantry supplies and liaise with building management for all common areas
Update internal telephone list and manage corporate uniforms
Go-to person for all office admin related matters

What you need is:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Strong mindset for operations efficiency, passion for smart solutions
- Commercial education and business experience with 1-2 years working experience
- Procurement projects work experience is ideal
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently within given guidelines and procedures
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Experience with e-ordering tools and ERP (SAP) knowledge is an advantage
